Birthday!!

Ok~ Well I know it may be kinda cheesy to post about your own birthday, but I wanted to anyway. Birthdays are my favorite because your just one year older and it's kinda like it's your own day. In our family we get to have our favorite dinner on our birthday. This year I chose Taco Salad, and red velvet cake :) Yum!! For my present I got money to pick out a new coat, and then a battery for my camera. I've had this camera for a year or so, and even though it was brand new it didn't come with a battery. (somebody gave it to my dad, but it didn't have the battery) So I'm pretty excited for the Camera and the coat :) :) :)

Happy Halloween

OK- so it's not Halloween yet, but close enough. I thought I'd post a few of my favorite parts of Halloween

1.Candy- candy is one of my favorite parts of Halloween, just for the fact that it's fun to see all the new types, and to see what people are still giving out (even though they are so gross) :)

2. Costumes- costumes are my number one favorite part of Halloween, for the fact that it's one day a year where you get to dress up, no matter how big or small.

3. Pumpkins- Call me weird, but I don't like to carve pumpkins. I either will draw on it with a marker, or just leave it a plain old orange pumpkin.

(Now these are my type of pumpkins)

4. Changing leaves- the leaves are so pretty, they make everything else around them look pretty, all the different colors make this time of year so much better

5. OK this one doesn't really have anything to do with Halloween besides the fact that we get to be together on Halloween. I've always wondered what I would do without my family, and although I wonder, I would hope to never have to experience it. My family means the world to me and I love every single person in it, and am grateful for the good times we have together.

More hospital stays!

Notice in this picture Karsen has not only one but TWO x-box controllers (too funny) :)

Kyle has just spent the last week in the children's hospital in Denver. He had to have an infection in the bone removed, which was very scary for all of us. Also he currently has a brobeak (sp?) it's a little feeder type tube that is sticking out of his heart, which they were pumping antibiotics through it, and now that were home, my mom does that. Today he returned back to school. Thank you to all of those who sent meals and who offered to help us. We're so blessed to have him home again, as we truly did miss him while he was gone. Love you Buddy!!
